You will complete an online application form, for which you should expect the following sections: Personal details, education, work experience, programme preference, and diversity & inclusion data. Some questions within this section will determine whether you move onto the next stage, i.e. whether you meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
Once this part is complete, you’ll complete a strengths assessment. This is all online, you don’t need anything other than yourself to complete it. You’ll get plenty of instructions to guide you through it – and it’s not timed, so you can go at your own pace.
If you don’t make it through this round, you will receive a feedback report on your strengths assessment which will be useful, we hope, for your own ongoing development.
